Outpatient Primary Care Physician $75,000 Sign On Bonus - Kansas City, Missouri

ArchWell Health is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our elite team of physicians in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule.

Practice Model

• Outpatient only no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities
• Average 12-16 patients per day upon ramp up
• Rotating tele call shared among in-market physicians
• Dedicated admin time built into schedule
• $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed
• Quality metrics-based bonus
• Weekends hours available, not required
• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, not required
• Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure (Kansas licensure is a plus)
