* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in health status.

*Requirements*

* Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
* Experience in senior care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
* Strong knowledge of infection control practices and critical care procedures.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
