Nurse Practitioner - Military Health Readiness (Contractor)

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking an independent contractor Nurse Practitioner to provide health readiness services primarily to U.S. military service members. This role involves conducting health assessments, reviewing medical records, and documenting findings. Ideal candidates will have an active NP license in Texas and experience in primary care.
