Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards. Qualifications: Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), hold an active RN license, and obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the department. Key Responsibilities: Performs nursing duties including patient assessment, care coordination, and ensuring safety standards. May require physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks during shifts.
