Fitness Membership Advisor – SPENGA Boutique Fitness Studio
Part-Time | Hourly + Commission
Love fitness, people, and a positive team environment? SPENGA is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to help grow our community. This role combines member experience, relationship-based sales, and fitness culture in a boutique studio environment. You'll help prospective members discover SPENGA, guide them through membership options, and create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged. Current or former boutique fitness members strongly encouraged to apply.
About SPENGA: SPENGA combines spin, strength training, and yoga into one powerful 60-minute workout. Our studio is built on community, accountability, and helping people feel stronger and more confident every day.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and first-time guests
- Introduce prospects to the SPENGA experience
- Guide membership conversations and sales
- Follow up with leads and prospective members
- Support new member onboarding
- Assist with studio setup/reset before and after classes
- Maintain a clean, organized studio
- Represent the SPENGA brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in health and fitness
- Weekend availability preferred
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or boutique studios is a plus
