Prefer working nights? Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced caregivers for overnight assignments in Homer Glen, Lemont, and surrounding areas. If you’re looking for longer shifts and enjoy providing consistent support to seniors during nighttime hours, this could be a great fit. Your Overnight Shift You may support clients with:

Personal care and daily routines
Toileting and repositioning
Mobility and transfers
Medication reminders
Overnight safety and companionship
Meals, hydration, and basic household tasks
Reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team

Shift Opportunities

Overnight
8-hour, 12-hour shifts
Weekday and weekend availability
Ongoing assignments may be available based on client needs

What We Offer

$19/hour, bi-weekly pay

What We're Looking For

18+ with at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Background in home care, CNA/HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing care, or similar
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to complete required background screenings
