What You'll Do

As the Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your store, including sales performance, customer experience, team development, and daily operations.

Drive Sales & Results

• Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Coach associates to maximize every customer interaction and deliver complete wireless solutions.
• Monitor store performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Lead by example by actively selling products, services, and accessories alongside your team.
• Celebrate wins while coaching employees to continuously improve.

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

• Create a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Ensure every interaction reflects Elite Wireless' commitment to exceptional service.
• Foster long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and referrals.

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Recruit, interview, and develop top talent.
• Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and sales role-playing.
• Train employees on new products, promotions, and selling techniques.
• Build a positive, energetic culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
• Prepare team members for future leadership opportunities through mentoring and development.

Manage Daily Store Operations

• Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and protect company assets.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies and wireless carrier standards.
• Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity.
• Complete required reporting, training, and administrative tasks on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives and improve store performance.

Be Active in the Community

• Support local marketing initiatives and community events.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses and organizations.
• Represent Elite Wireless and Cricket Wireless with professionalism in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of retail management experience
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable using computers and retail technology
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work at multiple store locations within the district is a plus
