BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Franklin, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are seeking a reliable DSP to support a male client in Franklin, PA. Opportunity for 40 hours/wk. available.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Support the client's goals towards independence in the home and community
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Participate in community integration activities to focus on socialization

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community activities
