Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary pain-management team in Blue Springs, Missouri .

You'll evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and chronic pain conditions while collaborating with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and medical providers. This role combines direct patient care, image-guided procedures, patient education, and support of Medical Assistant staff.

This opportunity is ideal for a PA who enjoys a collaborative clinical environment and wants to expand their skills in musculoskeletal and pain-management care. Training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their care
• Perform joint, trigger point, tendon, sacroiliac, PRP, and peripheral nerve block injections within your scope of practice
• Perform ultrasound- and C-arm-guided procedures
• Review diagnostic imaging and use findings to guide treatment
• Coordinate care with Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and medical providers
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
• Lead and support Medical Assistant staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active Physician Assistant licenses in both Missouri and Kansas
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• Willingness to learn new procedures and follow established clinical protocols

Preferred qualifications:

• Orthopedic or pain-management experience
• Experience performing injections
• Workers' compensation experience

Procedure-specific training is available for candidates whose skills and experience align with the role.
