Overview Store Manager for Pizza Loca establishment, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring quality service. Responsibilities Supervise all daily operations of the store, including taking guest orders via phone, in-person, and internet. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Create and manage the store schedule and address staffing needs. Fill in where needed to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations. Assist cashiers with customer orders. Ensure all food and products are prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. Clean and operate store equipment and maintain all areas of the store. Receive incoming inventory and supplies. Implement, maintain, and correct processes and procedures in accordance with Pizza Loca standards. Enforce food safety practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Handle all cash operations and money procedures at the store. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Strong communication skills to create a positive customer interaction experience. Restaurant management experience preferred but not required. Other Requirements Full-time availability including weekends and night shifts. Ability to take and fill orders. Exceptional leadership skills. Ability to manage daily sums of money. Professional communication with customers. Assist with store clean‑up. Use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street‑legal vehicle capable of driving if needed. Maintain minimum required insurance coverage as mandated by state law. Maintain an acceptable driving record per company policy and insurance carrier. Ability to work in sitting, standing, and walking positions with frequent changes. Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Exceptional grooming and hygiene habits.
