Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Paid Media & Paid Search: Optimize all paid media across multiple channels, including Google Ads, retargeting campaigns (Geofencing), and Feathr. Negotiate and manage all paid media Coordinate and manage the generation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) related to all paid media and marketing expenditures. Website & SEO: Manage and execute timely website updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness. Implement SEO optimization strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance data across social media, email campaigns, and the website. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to adjust and optimize digital campaigns effectively. Deliver weekly updates on ad performance, including comprehensive post-show analytics and breakdowns. Communications & Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator on strategy and execution of paid social media, contributing analytical insights and recommendations. Ensure digital communications comply with corporate identity guidelines and email regulations. Continuously research best practices and implement improvements in digital marketing analytics and internal communication workflows.
