We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant for our Nursery located in Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi. The position is available immediately. Responsibilities Support the EY Supervisor in preparing the classroom, learning materials, and daily activities. Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Engage children through play, storytelling, songs, and age-appropriate learning activities. Observe and support children's learning and development, maintaining accurate records as required. Assist with children's daily care routines. Ensure the classroom, equipment, and learning resources are clean, organized, and well maintained. Supervise children at all times, including during outdoor play, trips, and bus arrivals/departures, ensuring their safety. Communicate professionally with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and support nursery events when required. Requirements Vocational Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education. Diploma with evidence of Early Childhood training of no less than 100 hours. A minimum of two years of experience in a nursery setting. Experience in nurseries in the UAE will be an advantage. Fluent in Arabic and English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with staff in a diverse multi-cultural environment. Demonstrate professionalism, commitment and integrity. Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible and outgoing. Required documentation: letter of application and CV, together with a copy of passport, education certificates, and police clearance.
