LICENSING HITS MUST BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.

Unit L&D/PP/MB.

# of L&D Beds 12.

# of OR Suites 1.

# of triage beds 1.

# of Postpartum beds 4.

# of births per day, per year 80-100 per Year.

Do ratios follow AWHONN guidelines? Yes.

Required Certifications Basic Fetal Monitoring.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients Gestational Hypertension, Gestational Diabetes, PreEclampsia.

Experience or 'Must have' skills Basic Fetal Monitoring, Knowledge of AWHONN guidelines, Antepartum,

Intrapartum, PostPartum Care.

Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes.

Common titratable &/or set rate drips Oxytocin, Insulin, Epidural.

RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) Cpap, Bipap, Vent.

Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips? Telemetry is available, Monitor techs are housed but.

On OB, RN’s can read strips.

EFM System GE Centricity.

Shifts & Scheduling 7a-7p, 7p-7a.

Weekend Requirement Every other weekend.

Holiday Requirement Either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Is there a call or standby requirement? 3-4 call shifts in a 6 week schedule, must be available.

And present to work in 30 minutes if on call.

Floating Requirements None.

Scrub Color/Dress code Scrubs are provided in house.
