Job Description
The Keyholder plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures while supporting overall team performance. This position requires strong responsibility in handling cash, maintaining inventory, assisting with sales, and safeguarding store assets. The Keyholder also contributes to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales
- Manage and maintain inventory levels
- Support team members in daily tasks and operations
- Implement loss prevention measures to protect store assets
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Prepare required reports as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail
