Account Executive

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity and networking. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. Identify, qualify and engage small business owners across the United States. Develop relationships with accounting firms, bookkeepers and CPA partners. Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate business value. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through self-sourced activity. Educate prospects on payroll technology solutions and return on investment. Collaborate with leadership on developing scalable sales processes. Accurately forecast opportunities and manage activity within the CRM. Contribute ideas that improve customer acquisition and go-to-market execution. Represent the company professionally within the Remote, United States SMB market.

This Account Executive role offers: Base salary between $60,000 and $90,000. On-target earnings of approximately $120,000 to $180,000.
