Your Impact As a Speech-Language Pathologist at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improvereceptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders. Utilize play-based andculturally responsiveinterventions to engage children and foster communication skills. Collaborate with families and caregivers,equipping them with home-based techniquesfor continued progress. Work closely with amultidisciplinary teamto ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs. Maintaindetailed clinical records and documentationas required. Participate inclinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) AND/OR State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan Clinic Location Michigan Openings: Bloomfield Hills, Brownstown, Davison, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Madison Heights, Plymouth, Roseville, and Sterling Heights Pennsylvania: Chambersburg, Carlile Kentucky: Richmond Status Full-time OR part-time Compensation After applying, a member of our recruiting team will call to review the pay range and opportunities for additional compensation through productivity bonuses. Compensation varies based on each clinician’s unique skills and experience.
