Position Overview
Hours of Work: Flexible; this is a PRN role.
Days of the Week: Varies; as a PRN position, a minimum of two weekend days each month is required.
Work Shift: PRN (United States of America)
Your RoleIn this dynamic and rewarding role, you will work alongside a diverse team to deliver exceptional care to patients. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will provide both professional and technical occupational therapy services to designated patients. Your responsibilities will include direct and indirect patient care, adhering to the Occupational Therapy Act/Rules process, which encompasses evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Occupational Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Possession of a valid Texas License or Temporary License
- A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Maintain clear and open communication
- Foster relationships to encourage a collaborative atmosphere
- Take responsibility for your performance
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the patient experience
- Proactively pursue your professional development
