Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead its nursing operations and strategic direction, with a focus on ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with executive leadership to align nursing practices with organizational goals and patient care standards, driving quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing nursing workforce development, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning. The CNO will also be tasked with managing financial resources effectively, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth, and leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance care delivery and operational performance. Applicants for the CNO position at the company must have a Master of Science in Nursing or a related field, an active RN license, and a minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting. The role requires a proven ability to lead clinical operations, quality improvement, and workforce development, as well as strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and resources.
