Role Description The Entry Level Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charlotte Metro area, focused on supporting and growing a portfolio of small and medium business clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting communication technology solutions that align with client needs. The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through closing, providing ongoing account support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. The Account Representative will collaborate closely with senior sales team members, participate in training sessions, and use CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer interactions. This position is designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in consultative sales while learning the business communication technology space.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Account Management skills, with an interest in consultative selling and supporting a growing client base.
• Customer Service and Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and a professional client-facing presence.
• Willingness to learn and apply Training received on products, services, and sales processes to improve performance.
• Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working in a commission-driven environment and meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targets.
• Basic familiarity with business communication technologies (phone systems, VoIP, unified communications) or a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in the Charlotte Metro area, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, customer-facing roles, or entry-level sales is beneficial but not required; internal training and mentorship provided.
