Shift: 2PM-10PM

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team at Rockwall Wellness & Rehabilitation, located in Rockwall, Texas, United States. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians. Your duties will include:
Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to licensed staff
Assisting with range of motion exercises and ambulation
Maintaining a clean and organized patient environment
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized patient care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
Assist patients with personal care and daily living activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and vital signs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Ideal Candidate:
Must be a graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
Possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care
