Responsibilities Execute manufacturing processes according to established packaging instructions to ensure consistent product output. Prepare and organize your workstation to facilitate a seamless and efficient production flow. Maintain a clean, orderly environment by strictly adhering to 5S methodology standards. Document production data accurately on process papers, control sheets, and charts to ensure traceability. Safely manage and handle all chemical materials in strict compliance with safety data protocols. Collaborate across departments to optimize the movement of production lots and enhance overall team efficiency. Monitor equipment and product status, immediately escalating any irregularities to supervisory staff. Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Strong manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for precise machine operation. Proficiency in basic math and the ability to read/interpret technical manuals in English. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and kneeling. Demonstrated ability to work in an organized, timely, and safety-conscious manner. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with quality control inspection processes. Experience working with standardized safety and operational documentation.
