Shift Leader

Buffalo Wild Wings - Shift Leader Position pays $15 - $18 per hour. We are looking for a Shift Leader to create a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wings guests, leading your team to effectively present food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. Responsibilities Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. Oversee daily operations on a shift by shift basis. Act as the "quarterback" of the restaurant management team, ensuring the shift runs smoothly. Provide support and direction for the Front of House and Heart of House teams. Apply general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Extra points for a bachelor\'s degree and at least 1 year of restaurant experience.
