This isn't a "stand back and supervise" role; Shift Managers are expected to jump in, lead from the front, and be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of the Crew Member position while directing the shift, coaching the team, managing food safety, and keeping service fast and accurate. From opening the restaurant and preparing for the day to leading through the rush, maintaining brand standards, and closing things down the right way, Shift Managers own the performance of their assigned shift and ensure the restaurant is always ready for our guests, operational visits, food safety audits, and brand evaluations.Our commitment to customer service, cleanliness & serving fresh, quality food is what really sets us apart from the rest.
