Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance. Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis. Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare financial reports and assist with audit preparation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in general accounting. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
