Project Manager

Job DescriptionThis role requires project or program management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics. This is a full-time contract position.Responsibilities:General project managementDrive and support projects and initiatives for the Research Programs Team;Move initiatives forward, find resources, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress; hold the line when the schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships;Predict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions;Contribute to processes and tools, updating databases and initiating improvements where needed;Organize and track post-program metrics;Update and maintain internal and external learning and development documentation;Provide flexible approaches that meet the team’s needs, including the ability to move fast and make progress or navigate blocks quicklyProject manage onboarding and new hire initiativesProject manage initiatives and components of UX Research onboarding;Drive projects involving process design efforts to positively impact and scale the new researcher experienceProject manage learning and development initiativesProject manage initiatives and components of the UX Research learning and development;Drive projects involving process design efforts to positively impact researcher learning;Create and manage workback plans and project lifecycles to ensure logistical progress on learning and development workstreams;Project manage working groups and provide proactive communication on progress against goals Requirements:Relevant or related Program or Project Management experience;BA/BS degree;Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy;Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;Job Requirementsmanagement, Documentation, research, Collaboration, Design, Creativity, Multitasking, POS, Presentation, Communication, SAN, logistics, organization, Interpersonal Skills ContractMenlo Park, California, US
