Finance Manager

Synergy Search is partnering with a private equity-backed company to find their next Finance Manager. This growing organization has an active, hands-on ownership group. It's a fast-paced seat with real visibility into the business, best suited for someone who's comfortable with a demanding, high-expectations environment. Responsibilities: Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process Building out short-term cash flow visibility in partnership with finance leadership Supporting financial modeling and analysis on major investment decisions Partnering with business leaders on performance reporting and monthly reviews Supporting acquisition due diligence and integration work Helping grow and mentor a finance team Requirements: Significant experience in FP&A or corporate finance A background in investment banking or private equity is a strong plus Comfortable owning budgeting and forecasting for a sizable, complex business Strong financial modeling and Excel skills Cash flow forecasting experience is a plus Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
