HVAC Mechanic Associate

HVAC/R AssociateReporting to the HVAC Superintendent, this is an Associate level position for skilled trades professionals. A HVAC/R Associate performs work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of building structures and facilities using recognized procedures and techniques of the HVAC/R trade and using hand and power tools related to the HVAC/R trade. The person in this position must assist the HVAC/R Senior and other HVAC/R workers in completing work orders as assigned, assist with routine preventive maintenance, assist in completing records of maintenance and repairs, work with other assigned trades workers for the purpose of completing projects, and is responsible for the upkeep of tools. This person must clearly communicate information regarding the status of work orders and must take appropriate action to comply with building and safety regulations. Must be available as needed to work nights or weekends to service the emergency needs of our customers.
