Controller (Real Estate Investment)

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Controller to support the continued growth of its high-end real estate business. This position combines financial leadership, operational oversight, team supervision, and process improvement. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, sound judgment, and new ideas that strengthen the organization. Responsibilities Supervise and work closely with Management Prepare liquidity/levanthal reports and property tax schedules Reconcile bank accounts and file 1099’s at year’s end Responsible for payroll, partnership distributions, polo payments, and donations Act as an advisor to commercial renters (rents/parking, ongoing increases in rents) Requirements Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills Proficient in one or more accounting systems (Yardi and QuickBooks) Salary $180,000 to $200,000 plus bonus About Us Premier Financial Search is recognized for consistently connecting highly qualified candidates with leading firms.
