Relationship Support Specialist - Private Banking

Do you enjoy supporting client relationships, coordinating important details, and helping deliver exceptional service behind the scenes? The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Relationship Support Specialist to join our Private Banking team. In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to Private Banking leadership while assisting with client account servicing, loan support, and daily operational activities. How You'll Contribute Support Private Banking leadership with client relationship management and daily operational workflows Respond to client inquiries and coordinate account servicing requests in a timely and professional manner Open and maintain deposit accounts while ensuring all required documentation is complete Process account transactions, wire transfers, stop payments, cashier's checks, and related service requests Assist clients with online banking access, debit and credit card requests, and account maintenance Collect, review, and track documentation for loan renewals, reviews, and servicing activities Monitor reports, resolve account exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items. Prepare departmental reports, maintain tracking logs, and support internal documentation Coordinate meetings, schedules, and departmental communications for Private Banking leadership Assist with client correspondence, special events, and other departmental projects as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Three or more years of banking, financial services, or related administrative operations experience preferred Experience supporting Private Banking, Commercial Banking, or client service operations preferred Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn banking systems High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and excellent task management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in daily responsibilities Why Join Us The National Bank of Indianapolis is the city's only locally owned national bank built on strong relationships, operational excellence, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
