Client Service Associate

Addison Group is partnering with a financial services organization seeking a Client Service Associate to support client relationships and day-to-day account operations. The Client Service Associate will play an important role in delivering a high-quality client experience by coordinating account-related requests, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with daily operational needs. This individual will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure requests are handled efficiently, records remain up to date, and service expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses and coordinating resolutions as needed.
• Assist with daily account servicing activities, including processing client requests, updating account information, and maintaining accurate records.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
• Prepare, review, and organize client documentation, reports, forms, and other account-related materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and ensure requests are completed accurately.
• Monitor outstanding items, track deadlines, and follow up on pending requests to support efficient service delivery.
• Support account onboarding processes, including collecting documentation and coordinating required account setup activities.
• Handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
• Identify and communicate potential account discrepancies or service concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with preparing materials for client meetings, reviewing account information, and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Maintain organized electronic files and update internal systems to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance the client experience and streamline administrative workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client services, customer service, account support, financial services, or a related administrative role.
• Experience supporting clients in financial services, wealth management, banking, investment services, or a similar professional environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Comfortable learning client relationship management (CRM), account management, and other business software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering responsive client support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
