Responsible, self-motivated and independent Strong communication and time management skills Detail-oriented Strong team member who is willing to collaborate with the Project Manager Flexible with scheduling, willing to work part-time on an as-needed basis to start (full-time opportunity may follow) Willing to travel to various locations within the city and surrounding areas Technical Skills/Duties & Responsibilities Include... Installation of 3/4" & 1" Conduit; ability to bend conduit with hand bender (preferred, but not required) Roughing in low-voltage cabling Terminating low voltage cabling in control panels Knowledge of BMS control systems (preferred, not required - must be willing to learn!) Knowledge of additional low-voltage systems is a plus* (e.g., fire alarm, access control, AV, Telecom/Data) Physical Demands of the job include (but are not limited to)...
