Senior Systems Administrator

Systems AdministratorStafford Gray is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support a portfolio of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and SaaS applications for a large public-sector client's finance and budget operations. This is a hands-on role that combines server and application administration with requirements analysis. You'll install, configure, secure, and maintain applications across Windows and Linux environments, and you'll also work directly with vendors and business users to plan and deliver changes.What You'll DoInstall, configure, and maintain systems and application components on Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environmentsAdminister and support COTS applications, and configure changes for SaaS products as neededImplement and configure applications in Azure cloud infrastructure, including containerized workloads and infrastructure-as-code deploymentsGather and document requirements, research and present options, and recommend solutions for application changes and new initiativesRemediate vulnerabilities and maintain application and infrastructure security in line with federal, state, and industry standardsConfigure and troubleshoot SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)Monitor application and server health using Dynatrace or similar tools, and troubleshoot performance issuesCreate and maintain architecture and network diagrams in VisioCollaborate closely with vendors, customers, and other technical teams to deliver projects and changes on time
