As you demonstrate readiness to lead an entire restaurant, you'll have the opportunity to be considered for advancement to General Manager.

What You'll DoLead and Develop Your Team

• Help recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and emerging leaders.

• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable with fairness and consistency.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Lead by example in hospitality, food quality, speed of service, and restaurant cleanliness.

• Ensure guests receive consistent, high-quality food and friendly service.

• Empower team members to resolve guest concerns and deliver memorable experiences.

• Maintain company standards for food safety, sanitation, and operational execution.

Drive Restaurant Performance

• Help manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and overall profitability.

• Review restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

• Build effective schedules that align staffing with sales and business needs.

• Maintain accurate inventory practices and control food and supply costs.

• Help establish consistent operating routines that improve efficiency and profitability.

Take Ownership of Daily Operations

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure standards are consistently executed.

• Maintain equipment, facilities, and restaurant readiness.

• Coordinate ordering, deliveries, inventory, and other operational responsibilities.

• Implement company initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

• Communicate operational challenges, solutions, and progress to the leadership team.

Prepare for General Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, waste, and prime cost.

• Learn to evaluate business performance and turn results into actionable improvement plans.

• Build confidence in hiring, scheduling, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead independently, solve problems, and maintain consistent standards.

• Take increasing ownership of restaurant results as your skills and performance develop.

• Restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual operations.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• An understanding of restaurant labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling, and operational performance.

• The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
