Carpentry Assistant

Carpentry AssistantRainbow International is a repair, reconstruction, and restoration company seeking applicants to assist with, and learn all aspects of carpentry. We offer a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a very fun and rewarding job. We repair and restore homes when they are damaged by water, mold, and fires. We also upgrade homes with replacement windows, doors, flooring, and custom bathrooms.Specific Responsibilities:Jobsite setup and teardownMaterial handling - occasionally lifting up to 100 lbsLearn all aspects of carpentry - from rough framing to finish carpentryMaintain all company tools, equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all timesBecome proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-upPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsJob Requirements:A good attitude and a willingness to learnRestoration and construction experience helpful, but not requiredValid Driver's LicenseReliable transportationAble to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.Excellent communication skillsStarting pay is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based upon experience.
