Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Proficient in CVOR procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary surgical teams

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room
• Assist with induction, intra-operative monitoring, and post-operative patient recovery
• Scrub and circulate in complex open-heart and vascular surgeries
• Strictly adhere to infection control, patient safety, and sterile technique protocols
• Accurately document care and surgical activities
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
