Then please keep reading!Position Summary:We are looking for Seasonal Warehouse Associates to help us with the upcoming Spring/Summer harvesting seasons; these positions will include a variety of warehouse tasks, such as packing food boxes and organizing products. Warehouse experience is not necessary - we train on the job. We deliver the best local organic produce, value-added products, and humanely raised and pastured animal products to retail establishments, co-ops, restaurants, schools, hospitals and other institutions.Duties/Responsibilities:Attention to detail to ensure correct item and quantity are selectedProper handling of the product to eliminate damage and shrinkMaintain and adhere to food safety policies and practicesSort, grade, and pack produce into trays, bags or boxes ensuring product quality and package appearance meet customer requirementsFollow safe work practices, and maintain a safe work areaWork collaboratively with all warehouse team membersQualifications:Attention to detailReliable and punctualAbility to work in a fast-paced, refrigerated environmentMust be 16 years old to apply.This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the performance of this job.
