Summary: Entry level position, individual contributor responsible for conducting routine analysis of raw materials, proteins, peptides and small molecules under general supervision for in-process, release and stability testing. May focus on a specialized area and provide routine analysis and testing according to standard operating procedures in any of the following areas: raw materials, in-process, and finished formulations. Schedule: 2nd Shift Generally: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but other duties may be assigned. Perform routine analysis and testing in a GMP environment (including compendial assays, AQL inspections, and USP identification test methods, ensuring compliance with industry standards. May participate inqualification/verificationof assays Perform Assay and documentation review. Writes and reviews product specifications as required. Collects and disposes of lab waste according to established procedures. Contribute to lab readiness including lab cleaning, glass washing, and inventory management Maintain personal training records. Attend all required training. Regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]. Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences discipline or equivalent preferred. Minimum of zero to two years of relevant work experience Ability to perform testing in a highly accurate and reproducible manner Follow GMP guidelines and detailed direction in a laboratory environment Familiarity with cGMP, manufacturing, instrument operations, troubleshooting and data entry Strong communication and teamwork Needs regular supervision to deliver goals and objectives * The hiring rate for this position is $24.08-$27.09 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
