ASST GENERAL MANAGER

Salary: $65,000/Yr-$75,000/Yr

Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager , reporting directly to the General Manager, holds duties related to the day-to-day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supports & Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
•Supports & Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account
•Conducts HR functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations
•Supports Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training
•Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
•Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food
•Supports & Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:
•BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
•At least five (3) years of foodservice operation experience in the same or similar level position (General Manager,

Assistant GM, Director etc)
•High volume production and catering experience is essential
•Previous experience managing a budget
•Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
