Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across multiple schools in a dynamic educational setting near Ellicott City, MD. This contract opportunity runs from August 10, 2026, through June 9, 2027, offering a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Current and active Maryland SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; will also consider strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) eager to launch their careers in schools
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based SLP work
• Ability to travel between multiple campus locations as needed; please include your ZIP code in your application for scheduling considerations
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered intervention

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, voice, and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social development
• Maintain thorough and timely reports, progress documentation, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
