We are currently seeking a Developer or Technical Lead (Niche or Regular), Cloud Consultants, QA Tester, QA Lead, Data Migratio to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to support and enhance a Salesforce-based Agentforce implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and supporting Agentforce solutions and be comfortable working across Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Configure and optimize Agentforce agents, prompts, actions, and workflows.
• Work with Data Cloud retrievers, search indexes, and knowledge sources to improve agent responses and retrieval accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent performance, grounding, retrieval, and user experience.
• Support Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud integrations used by Agentforce.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams during production support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization activities

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
• Experience configuring and supporting Agentforce agents in production environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud retrievers, search indexes, and related AI/agentic capabilities.
• Strong Experience Cloud development and configuration experience.
• Strong Sales Cloud knowledge and hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform development.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Experience supporting AI, search, knowledge, or retrieval-based solutions.
• Salesforce certifications including Agentforce Specialist, AI Specialist, Platform Developer, or related certifications.

Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Agentforce solutions in enterprise environments.
