About the Role:

Nirah Group of Companies LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering quality construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform skilled construction tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance on job sites

Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications

Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and crew members to meet project timelines

Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Identify and troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions

Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment

Maintain the cleanliness and condition of company vehicles and follow all company vehicle policies

Requirements:

3+ years of prior experience in construction, skilled trades, or a related field preferred

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

Ability to operate an escavator, skid-steer, and man-lift is an added advantage

Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills

Valid driver's license

Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and extended shifts as multi-day projects require

For qualifying multi-day assignments, requiring overnight stays, the company will provide and cover the cost of hotel accommodations and breakfast for the duration of the assignment.
