RecruiterAs a member of our team, you will be responsible for locating and identifying technically-skilled candidates for production, technical, and engineering-related positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing new candidates, screening potential candidates, coordinating pre-employment testing, and onboarding new hires.ResponsibilitiesSource and plan recruiting efforts to identify top candidates.Conduct advanced searches across resume databases to find suitable talent.Manage job postings, qualify applicants, and oversee the entire interviewing and hiring process.Utilize resume databases and employ invite-to-apply strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks.Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Import candidate data from external sources into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Schedule interviews, pre-employment drug tests/physicals, and track results.Responsible for onboarding new hires via the Applicant Tracking System.QualificationsTeam-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to help our team succeedIntermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, internet research, and database softwareProficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS) a plusSkilled user of LinkedIn to source and network with candidatesAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage timeAbility to work in a team environmentStrong organizational skills requiredEssential FunctionsBackground check in accordance with company policiesProfessional referencesU.S. Work Authorization
