What You’ll Do
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
- Document benefits, copays, deductibles, and authorizations
- Communicate discrepancies to billing teams or providers
- Maintain accurate patient account updates
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
