Branch Manager

Trillium is seeking a results-drivenBranch Managerin Fredericksburg! This is a Direct-Hire opportunity with a multinational leader in industrial capital equipment. We are looking for a strategic leader who excels in both sales management and operational oversight. Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership:Supervise all branch sales, service, and daily operations to ensure peak performance. Strategic Growth:Develop and execute long-term plans for branch expansion and market penetration. Financial Oversight:Full P&L responsibility for the branch, managing budgets and driving profitability. Field Engagement:While based in Fredericksburg, you will travel with the sales team within the branch territory (approx. 40% travel within a 45-minute radius; 60% onsite). Compensation & Earnings Potential Base Salary:$65,000 – $75,000 Commission:Expected average of $55,000 – $65,000+ in year one. Annual Bonus:Averages $15,000 – $20,000. Qualifications Leadership Experience:3–5 years of management experience with a heavy focus on sales and sales team development. Industry Knowledge:Proven background in industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sectors. Proven Track Record:Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet aggressive growth targets. Technical Skills:Experience with SAP is highly preferred. Requirements:Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
