Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Richardson, TX, responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring work quality across guest rooms and public areas. The role manages inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens, implements brand standards and safety procedures, and conducts regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards. The Executive Housekeeper also supports guest satisfaction by responding to service requests and concerns, partners with other hotel departments to coordinate room status and special needs, and leads training, coaching, and performance development for the housekeeping team. Administrative duties include maintaining records, reporting on departmental performance, and contributing to budget planning and cost control initiatives. Qualifications Possess strong organization skills and attention to detail to manage schedules, inventories, and housekeeping standards. Demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with guests, team members, and other hotel departments. Have experience overseeing laundry operations, including handling linens, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment and quality. Show aptitude for training, coaching, and developing housekeeping and laundry team members in procedures, safety, and guest service. Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations. Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemical safety, and occupational health and safety guidelines. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required in hotel operations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management coursework or certifications are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
