Adventist Health Sonora is actively seeking a full-time, mission-minded Pediatrician to join our busy rural practice. This opening is due to a retirement and the incoming physician will step into an established, busy turnkey practice with referrals and patients already in place. This physician will work in a hospital-owned and operated outpatient clinic serving rural Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. This position also requires the physician to take call for the Emergency Department and Labor and Delivery, including the newborn nursery. The incoming physician will join our existing team of two pediatricians and a nurse practitioner in an established outpatient clinic affiliated with our 72-bed hospital. Employed model through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG) Wage Scale: $250,000-$387,020/year *Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
