Oracle Engineer (ORC - Talent & Learning, OIC and HCM) Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Oracle Engineer - ORC Fusion with Talent & Learning Modules, HCM HR and OIC. Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning
- Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration
- Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM
- Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application
- Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Experience on Oracle Journeys
- Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System
- Nice to Have
- Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
- Experience on Documentum
- Knowledge of Skill Nexus , GEN AI in Oracle .
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage
- Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantage
- Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantage
