Program Analyst (5893) with Security Clearance

Bennett Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst in Arlington, Virginia. The candidate will bring strong program administrative skills, organizational abilities, and experience prioritizing tasks to support program needs while maintaining confidentiality. Position Responsibilities Provide oversight and administrative support in planning, execution, analysis, and tracking of resources. Develop plans, budgets, allocations, and schedules to meet operational project requirements for the assigned portion of the program. Conduct in-depth analysis of sources, studies, and audits established for the program. Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements. Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interface with other sections and offices. Evaluate, monitor, and report performance against plans to ensure compliance with procedures and policies. Provide logistical support for conference planning, meetings, and outreach. Perform general administrative support activities. Order and maintain office supply inventories. Assist with facilities/space management, customer support services, resource distribution, acquisition support, and human resources support. Receive and document calls and emails regarding government actions or requirements for section matters. Create, format, proofread, and edit letters, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, cables, and emails as directed. Research administrative or technical issues impacting daily operations or section responsibilities. Compose written materials using various information sources to develop documents, database information systems, and debriefings as directed. Track correspondence, documents, and projects. Assist personnel with timely and accurate submission of required reports. Maintain documentation and a historical record for projects and provide management with updated status. Participate, as requested, in discussions, meetings, conferences, and conference calls with agency administration, subject matter experts, and other personnel. Participate in project performance team meetings to provide updates and progression statuses. Learn and maintain current knowledge of SOPs, regulations, standards, or guidance documents. Assist with ensuring compliance with SOPs and in initiating and revising SOPs as directed. Maintain administrative and regulatory files, databases, and chronologies in good order. Conduct research; develop and maintain spreadsheets, track databases, reports, and presentations ensuring accuracy; generate and document information for statistical purposes. Perform data entry and reconcile inconsistencies in databases. Utilize government database systems, word processing, and spreadsheet software; generate associated reports from the databases. Handle requests for information and data; resolve administrative problems and inquiries. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems and scan documents into digital files. Provide technical guidance to other staff members throughout the program. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Four (4) years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment. Skills Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Application of analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs and criteria. Solid database operation and data analysis skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Security Requirements Security clearance level: Public Trust. Background check and government investigation. Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance. Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace background investigation, drug screening, and credit check. Location and Compensation Arlington, Virginia. Salary range: $62,000 - $66,000.
