Program Coordinator, Advancement & Alumni Engagement for the Sinclair School of Nursing

Program Coordinator – Sinclair School of Nursing We are seeking a program coordinator to support the Sinclair School of Nursing’s advancement and alumni engagement. This role sits at the center of alumni connection, donor stewardship, and student support and is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys building relationships and bringing meaningful programs to life. You’ll work closely with advancement and alumni engagement leaders, faculty, staff, and campus partners to drive key initiatives, support donor and alumni relations through acknowledgment, recognition, and reporting on the impact of gifts, and lead giving society tracking and engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage the full scholarship process: reviewing applications, coordinating committees, ensuring students receive awards accurately and on time, and preparing donor stewardship materials. Support event logistics and guest services while maintaining a polished, safe environment, including organizing banquets, award ceremonies, and signature events; manage nomination materials, committee coordination, timelines, and run‑of‑show details. Assist the Dean, Dean’s staff, and the larger SSON team as needed. Provide donor stewardship and alumni relations support, including acknowledgments, recognition, and reporting on the impact of gifts. Track and engage giving society members. Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional need to work during events and activities outside regular core hours. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to achieve high‑performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work with numerical data, review financial documents for accuracy with attention to detail, and enter and retrieve financial information from databases/software programs. Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks. Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Previous knowledge or experience working with CRM, Power BI or other data management platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Compensation and Benefits Annual salary: $52,915 to $56,000.
