Commercial Leader - North America

Position Title: North America Commercial Leader Location: Remote (US-based) with regional travel and twice-yearly visits to Shanghai. Compensation: $200K–$250K base + team-revenue-based bonus + potential stock options. The Role: As we launch US manufacturing to fuel our North American ambitions, we need a seasoned commercial leader who can help us evolve from ingredient supplier to full solutions provider in US — and grow our $30M North American business to $300M by 2029.
